Shipping and Order Tracking. UPS is the standard method for continental U.S. shipments. We do not ship to P.O. box postal addresses. To track your UPS shipping status, enter one or more UPS tracking numbers below.

Friendly Return Policy:

NOTE: Organic Linseed Paint (also from from Viking Sales) is not returnable.

1. Before returning unwanted or defective products, the customer must contact our office for a return authorization number. Please include your name and invoice number on the return box.
2. Unused & undamaged products can be returned within 20 days for a full refund.
3. Unused and undamaged products returned after 20 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
4. No refund after 30 days and no refund on products damaged in return shipping.
5. No refund on freight charges.
6. Credit will be issued to the same account it was charged to.
7. The cost of any missing/damaged parts and the installation of the missing or broken parts will be deducted from any credit due to the customer.
8. Policy is subject to changes without notice.
